Herndon, VA – December 17, 2018. Privia, the industry-leading Business Capture and Proposal Management software and services solution to the government contractor market, is pleased to announce that the U.S. Navy recently awarded Privia’s strategic partner,
Comprehensive Professional and Proposal Services (CP2S), a competitive SeaPort Next Generation IDIQ Contract. The SeaPort multiple award contract is estimated by the Department of Defense (DOD) at $50B worth of services annually over a potential 10-year period. This contract and its resulting task order opportunities will enable the continued success of Privia’s partnership with CP2S in delivering the content collaboration tools and industry expertise organizations need to achieve their business goals efficiently.
Dubbed “SeaPort-NxG,” the multiple award IDIQ contract contains a five-year based period of performance and a five-year ordering period option. Awardees will compete for individual task orders across 23 functional areas, including project management, software development, system design documentation and technical data, financial analysis, quality assurance, configuration management, and engineering support services.

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) reported receiving 1,894 offers in response to their competitive solicitation, available on FedBizOpps, to replace the SeaPort-E vehicle. Experience was paramount for consideration as contractors without experience supporting the service branch in one of the key functional areas over the past 10 years were not considered.
